Předmětem soutěže je ideový návrh nosného příběhu technicko-zábavního multifunkčního parku "Svět dopravy", umístěného v lokalitě přednádraží Ostrava - Vítkovice. Záměrem je širší zpřístupnění množství historických exponátů, mapujících unikátní historii městské hromadné dopravy v Ostravě, v kontextu historie a vývoje města ve spojení s vybudováním atraktivního volnočasového centra s nadregionální spádovou oblastí.
