CIÉ is seeking a qualified supplier to deliver nationwide network cabling services across its operating companies, including break/fix support, maintenance, and new installations for both copper and fibre infrastructure The appointed vendor will be responsible for the end to end delivery of structured cabling works, including installation, repair, testing, and certification of network cabling, comms cabinets, and associated passive network equipment. A key element of the requirement is the provision of a responsive and robust support model, with defined service levels, rapid incident response, and clear escalation procedures, supported by integration with CIÉ’s IT service management processes.…
