The municipality is also carrying out the procurement of properties in connection with existing buildings or construction projects, housing for sale to disadvantaged and has a need for general consultancy related to the purchase and sale of properties. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one provider of real estate services who can assist the municipality.
