Procurement of static concierge and security services and rapid response security services for Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing. All the services covered by this tender already have a concierge/static security service so The Contractor will be taking over from the existing provider on 01/04/2027 Contract will run for a period of 5+1+1. The specification is split into two main sections. The first outlines requirements specifically for the concierge service and the second those that relate to the mobile security service.
