The six district-level authorities in Gloucestershire are working together to procure a printing contract for all election and electoral registration requirements. The contract will be between the supplier and the six authorities[DR2.1][LG2.2] (Cotswold District Council, Cheltenham Borough Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Stroud District Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Gloucester City Council), with Cotswold District Council as the lead authority (“Lead Authority”).
