WRAP is looking to engage an organisation with applied behavioural science expertise to design, adapt and evaluate guest-side interventions that reduce plate waste in up to 20 FLARE pilot sites across Europe and India, without degrading the guest experience. The work covers three settings, and the following segments: Setting A – Hotel buffets (breakfast and lunch) in luxury, premium and all-inclusive hotels. Setting B – Banquets and events in hospitality (weddings, conferences and other events), where the client or organiser shapes much of the outcome before the event. Setting C – Corporate catering buffets run by contract caterers, where the same diners return every day. Indicatively, around one third of sites will fall in each setting.…
