Drammen Eiendom KF intends to enter into framework agreements with 3-5 tenderers for architect services. The aim is to ensure access to qualified architect assistance in the execution of the company's project portfolio in the coming years. The architects shall assist Drammen Eiendom KF with both investment and maintenance projects, and the assignments can include all project phases - from the early idea and development phase, via engineering design and execution, to completion, hand-over and follow-up in the warranty period.
