The procurement is for a framework agreement for the delivery of helicopter services. The helicopter services are requested to be carried out in 4 geographical areas; Hordaland (south of Sognefjorden), Rogaland, Sogn og Fjordane (north of Sognefjorden), and Møre og Romsdal. Emphasis is put on the fact that these areas state the contracting authority ́s primary need, but that in the contract period there can also be a need for equivalent services in other parts of Western Norway. The contracting authority intends to enter into contracts with up to four (4) tenderers per geographical area and reserves the right to enter into contracts with fewer tenderers if there is not a sufficient number of tenders that fulfil the competition ́s requirements and terms.
