HSE Capital and Estates Mid-West seeks to appoint an Economic Consultancy Team to provide economic, financial, business case and cost consultancy services for the proposed development of a new 78-bed ward, refurbishment of existing wards, associated staff accommodation and supporting infrastructure at St. John's Hospital, Limerick. Services include preparation of a Strategic Assessment Report, Preliminary Business Case, Detailed Business Case, Final Business Case, HSE Capital Option Appraisal and Procurement Strategy.
