Quel est l’objet du marché ?

JRC-Geel has a contract with a technical maintenance provider, responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations. These installations are subdivided in the following sections: 1. Technical installations; HVAC, including plumbing, sanitary installations, drainage, water and gas supply; and electricity (HV and LV), lighting, emergency lighting, emergency generators, lightning protection, distribution boards, UPS’s equipotential connections and earthing; 2. Building elements (access, doors, windows, locks, outer walls, external carpentry, wall covering, flooring, ceiling, roof and parking area, gutters,…). These installations are located on the JRC-Geel site. The site has a surface of 38 hectares and contains approximately 20 buildings. Some of the installations a
