This framework agreement shall cover Mid-Telemark municipality ́s need for groceries/food products from local grocery stores with a physical outlet/grocery shop in Midt-Telemark municipality. The agreement shall be used by small units in the municipality, for example, nurseries, schools and other departments. The agreement does not include fresh meat/fish from fresh food counter, flowers and fresh bakery products.
