The Defence Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service (DEODS) is responsible for detecting, approaching, identifying, recovering, rendering harmless, clearing, destroying and removing conventional and improvised explosives. During the clearance work, the DEODS is currently using the Networked Video Observation System (NVOS) to observe and register the clearances.
