The development is located on the existing site of the Maternity Hospital at UMHL delivering acute hospital services and will consist of a new rapid build facility with a gross internal floor area of circa. 863m2. The proposed development includes two floors (ground, first), plus a rooftop plantroom area of circa. 150m2.
