The objective of this tender is to sign a contract with one contractor to perform cost effectiveness studies and business case analyses for future Offshore Wind Farm sites in the Netherlands. Skills in strategic zoning, energy yield analysis, and cost modelling are essential to support informed financial and planning decisions.
