Background Renovasjonen IKS needs to establish a framework agreement for workshop services for its refuse collection vehicles. The need is justified by increased maintenance needs in the vehicle fleet, several vehicles with continuous service and repair needs, as well as reduced capacity at the contracting authority ́s internal workshop. The sanitation vehicles are central to daily routes and stoppages can have direct consequences for the collection services. There is therefore a need for service providers who can contribute to stable operation, reduced downtime and quick return of vehicles to ordinary operative services. The procurement shall further facilitate for more predictable follow-up of the vehicle fleet and better planning of maintenance and repairs.…
