Strategically installed at the North Quay commercial hub and South Quay leisure areas, these ladders provide critical emergency egress for the public and secure access for local fishing crews. By upgrading these high-use waterfront zones, the development fosters a safer environment for maritime employment, protects resident leisure users, and supports Arklow’s ongoing waterfront regeneration. Site Verification: Existing ladders will need to be inspected and evaluated based on current condition and suitability for replacement.
