This procurement is for an agreement for assistance in connection with strategic and communication consultancy services. The procurement is divided into two assignments/sub-areas, including (1). Strategic communication consulting and (2). Strategic design and graphical services. Norske tog intend to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer in each of the areas.
