The objective of the tender enquiry is to establish a framework agreement for software licences for software management, including consultancy, assistance and support. A framework agreement shall be signed with a dealer. Information is defined that some contracting authorities can have separate overlapping agreements for consultancy services. Furthermore, it is emphasised that the procurement of business systems such as finance systems, personnel systems, logistics systems and service-heavy applications within teaching (LMS, Digital Exams, etc.) etc. is not included in this agreement. Microsoft licences, Oracle, SAP are not included in this contract.
