Wigan Council's Public Health Team requires x1 provider to deliver a proposed service that will provide a community-based offer for parents, carers and families of children and young people aged 0-19 years, and up to 25 years for young people with SEND, with a particular focus on the first 1001 days and adolescence as key developmental periods. The service will be centred around 5 key areas. • Parenting Confidence and Family Relationships - Supporting parents and carers to build confidence, strengthen relationships with their children and young people, develop peer connections and access opportunities for shared learning through all stages of childhood and adolescence.…
