The Arts Council seeks tenders from a suitably qualified lead service provider to supply Assessment Services for the 2026 Visual Arts Project Award and the 2026 Visual Artists Workspace Scheme. The services sought are primarily to appraise and assess applications and provide an overview report with headlines and insights. Considering the schedule of assessments, it is expected that sub-contractors may be required for the delivery of the services. Assessment services sought are to cover the areas of work described in Section 4: Required Services below.
