The contracting authority would like to join up with a professional cooperation partner for construction work, carpentry and painting, as well as janitor services, in connection with the management of our owned and possibly leased buildings in the geographical area of East Finnmark. Tenderers must have local employees in the area, as work can be urgent and they must then have a short travel distance. The Contracting Authority manages buildings and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the property portfolio.
