Stand Alone Contract Award Notice for Works Contractors who were shortlisted to 7 no Work Contractors under the OJEU Notice Ref 2022/S 214 613108. This notice was published on the previous etender platform in 2022 . The works comprise Construction of a new purpose-built research facility comprising of app. 17,426m2 (GFA) rising 4 storeys at the east to 7 storeys at the west. This comprises a mix of research laboratories, with support accommodation of seminar rooms, offices, exhibition space and café. Construction of a separate stand-alone two storey utilities building of app. 190m2 which incorporates a new sub-station (relocating an existing sub-station on the site).
