The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Directorate General of Infrastructure Investments, Türkiye (hereinafter - teh Ministry), has received financing from the World Bank through Ministry of Treasury and Finance towards the cost of the INRAIL Project. The Project is being jointly financed by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Islamic Development Bank, and the OPEC Fund for International Development. The Project will finance the construction of a 127 km greenfield railway line designed to bypass the Istanbul Metropolitan Area and establish a high-capacity overland link across the Istanbul Strait (Bosphorus). The line will be double-tracked, electrified, fully signalized, and mixed-use, capabl
