Harstad municipality, Kvæfjord municipality, Lødingen municipality, Tjeldsund municipality and Ibestad municipality would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with tenderers for the provision of technical consultancy services for architects and consulting engineers for the following disciplines: Sub-contract 1 Construction engineering services: Construction, Electro, HVAC and sanitation. Sub-contract 2 Fire engineering services Sub-contract 3 Project management/builder ombudsman/construction management/ (ITB Coordinator). Sub-contract 4 Building and process automation. Sub-contract 5 Architect/technical drawings Sub-contract 6 Zoning plan We would like to enter into parallel agreements within each discipline in order to have greater security for availability. Up to three framew
