**NOTE this is not an above threshold exercise but is a notice to highlight this tender is live on eSourcing NI** The contract is for the provision of Distillery Street Open Space The contract is for the provision of the Distillery Street Open Space project, comprising the construction and completion of a new public open space and associated site works. The works are expected to include, but are not limited to, site preparation and enabling works, earthworks and grading, hard and soft landscaping, planting, paving, street furniture, lighting, drainage, utility coordination, accessibility measures and other associated infrastructure necessary to deliver a high quality public open space. The project is located within a live urban environment and will require careful planning, programming and
