The provision of a new 6 storey Social Housing apartment building (circa 1,740sqm) consisting of 18no. 2 bed apartment units. Lift works include: 2 no 18 person - 1,1350 kg passenger lifts serving Ground to Fifth floor, (6 Floors), to UD plus standard and specification. Each capable of taking a Stretcher or Wheelchair, (wheelchair turning arc of 180 degrees required). 1 no. Lift to be a standard with the second lift to be evacuation type.
