This is a call to competition for the procurement of Board and Senior Management Advisory Services to CIÉ 9754 - CIÉ Board Advisory Services Qualification System. The Qualification System is designed to ensure that CIÉ can efficiently engage highly specialised professional services across a range of disciplines. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, the provision of strategic, technical, financial, regulatory, and advisory support in response to emerging business needs and priorities across the below headings: • Ad-hoc Board advisory services • Finance • Corporate Governance • Public Affairs • Ongoing advice to the CIÉ chairperson • Executive Search and Recruitment Support for Key Senior Leadership Roles
