The Programme Delivery Contractor will deliver a coordinated programme of community-based activities across six (6) Leitrim Connected Hubs, ensuring alignment with the objectives, outputs, governance and compliance requirements of the SEUPB‑approved Connexus Programme. Working closely with Leitrim County Council, local hub committees, and partner hubs in Mid and East Antrim Borough Council (MEABC) and Sligo County Council (SCC), the Contractor will support effective planning, delivery and monitoring of programme activities. The role includes programme planning and coordination through the development of annual activity plans, participation in cross‑border planning workshops, and the preparation of hub‑specific action plans responding to local needs and capacity, including advice on ICT req
