This framework agreement will be established on foot of this tender competition for the provision of Site Management Services at Abbey Park on behalf of Wicklow County Council, by a social enterprise. The Abbey Park project involved the provision of a new high quality open space, public garden/tourism attraction in the historic setting of Abbey Park, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow. The project includes the redevelopment of the old Coach House into a café/exhibition space, provision of an outdoor performance area, public toilets and suitable public lighting, and a high quality and attractive planting and landscaping scheme.
