The competition concerns the competition for the development plan for a zoning plan, a feasibility study, a sketch project and a preliminary project for a new welfare centre in Førde. The result from the project shall form the basis for detailed engineering design services. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. ENVIRONMENT: This procurement is, in its nature, considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns consultancy services where the contracting authority is unable to influence climate and environment
