The objective of this procurement is to strengthen the European innovation pipeline in renewable energy by accelerating the market deployment of innovative solutions and technologies developed under Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe. The goal is to support established SMEs, start-ups and spin-offs in EU Member States in improving the technical, industrial, commercial and financial maturity of their renewable energy innovations and enhancing their investment readiness. It will facilitate access to public and private sources of finance and promote scalable and sustainable business models to enable the large-scale deployment of renewable energy technologies.
