The solution shall be designed with a digital-first focus to support rapid content creation, transformation and distribution across online and social channels, while remaining securely accessible to authorised external contributors, including journalists and remote editors. The system must enable a seamless transition from content acquisition through to multi-platform digital publication, with broadcast playout operating as an integrated extension of the core workflow.
