The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Troms County. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for plumbing services. The service delivery includes all the necessary ongoing plumbing services for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and minor improvements in the existing county building and for county dental services that can be carried out continuously without project organisation.
