To provide continuity of the Sphere 17 Regional Youth Service for the duration of the existing building works, temporary decant accommodation on the nearby “Belcamp E” site will be required. The temporary decant accommodation is to be removed upon the completion of the existing building works and the reoccupation of the building. An Architect-led multi-disciplinary design team is required for this project.
