Karmøy municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement with two (2) tenderers per sub-contract for contractor services. The competition consists of the sub-contracts: Large machines and small machines. As a starting point, assignments will be offered to tenderers ranked as number one. If a tenderer cannot undertake the assignment, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the assignment to a tenderer ranked second. The contract will be valid for 2 years with an option for 1+1 year extension. The total estimated value of the agreement is NOK 90 million if the option years are utilised.
