Hammerfest municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs future orientated vehicles under 7.5h in the coming years. The contracting authority would like an agreement that shall cover the need for vehicles, as well as safeguard guidelines for reducing environmental impact. The contracting authority would like to use this competition to procure vehicles from one or several tenderers. The procurement will concern the purchase, leasing and hire of: Electric cars, hybrid cars and fossil-driven cars. In order to meet the needs of the future in a satisfactory manner, the contracting authority shall enter into a dynamic procurement scheme for safeguarding competition for vehicles under 7.5t.
