Dans le cadre du projet de nouvelle liaison ferroviaire Lyon-Turin, la société TELT, en tant qu'entité adjudicatrice, est le promoteur public responsable des travaux de réalisation et de l'exploitation de la section transfrontalière de la future infrastructure. Le présent marché public a pour objet l’acquisition de nouvelles licences logicielles Autodesk, y compris les services associés éventuels.
