Le contrat est un accord-cadre passé en Appel d'offres ouvert (Article R2124-2 1° - Code de la commande publique). Les prestations relèvent d'un contrat de fournitures (fournitures courantes). La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum annuel mono-attributaire en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique
