This includes applications in the production of Actinium-225 (Ac-225) for the use of targeted alpha therapy. Following a surge of demand for Ac-225, Ra-226 material serves as a crucial source material for producing it as well as other valuable medical radioisotopes, such as Lead-212 (Pb-212).
