The tender concerns the design, manufacture, shop testing, delivery, installation, field testing and commissioning of gates and associated equipment. The work shall comprise the complete design, manufacture, shop testing, transport, installation, erection, surface treatment, field testing and commissioning of the gates and associated appurtenances, together with all equipment, materials, engineering, temporary works, labour, supervision and services required to provide a complete, satisfactory and fully operational installation.
