The instrument will be used for advanced immunofenotyping, cellular characterisation and functional analyses by using both cell lines and different primary cells from, among other things, healthy donors and patient material. The instrument shall be used in daily operation by a department with approx. 30 employees with varying competence levels within flow cytometry, which works across several projects.
