IKTNH has entered into operational cooperation with Etne, Tysnes and Vindafjord. These municipalities have entered into a contract for co-procurement with IKTNH in this tender competition. We consider all participating municipalities in this joint procurement to be a joint tender competition. IKT Nordhordland municipal co-operation shall, on behalf of the cooperation, implement a tender contest for: Mobile telephones and telephony equipment.
