In accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the Contractor will supply all manpower, equipment and materials, purchase, design, fabrication of needed parts, construction, on-site rotor removal, on-site testing, installation, commissioning, testing and documentation including the responsibilities in the Defects Notification Period of: Major overhaul of turbine generator.
